As a mother of four children, physically active, and a professional businesswoman JoAnn understands that women have unique stresses.  Prenatal changes, birth, breastfeeding, and the hormonal and physical changes that shape our lives, as well as sports injuries and the everyday activities, postures or accidents all take their toll on women.

As always, Mrs. Abbott was “in tune” w/what my body needed. Been a bit of time since I had a massage, and was really in need. I came away w/feeling relaxed and much better. I am very sad to see her leave the area, because she has been my “go to” for several years and the best therapist I have had.

JoAnn is a an extremely skilled practitioner. Her technique is individualized and you can tell she is passionate about her job. My lower back feels so much better after each session. I highly recommend JoAnn for any musculoskeletal issues.

JoAnn is very skilled in MFR. The initial session was very thorough. The follow-up session went by very quickly. We accomplished a lot in 60 minutes. Now my body can integrate everything before my next session.
